Payment
per VISA/MASTERCARD
In case of payment by bank transfer, all bank charges are on behalf of
the client.
Deposit: 15 €
per apartment and per night booked
Payment of balance latest 30 days before arrival
If the
balance is not paid 30 days before arrival, the reservation will be
automatically cancelled and the deposit will be due according to our
sales and cancellation conditions here under.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit
Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the amount of the
reservation invoiced with a minimum amount of 250 € per apartment
reserved*
Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the
reservation invoiced with a minimum amount of 350 € per apartment
reserved*
Less than 7 days before arrival and in case of “no show”: 100% of the
amount of the reservation invoiced
* The
cancellation costs will never be higher than the total amount of the
reservation
