The complex is only 250 yards from a beautiful beach which leads to the famous dunes of Maspalomas. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the lively Commercial Centers of the Yumbo and Cita where you’ll find restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste and budget.
With only 6 apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms) each a with private sun terrace, La Residence is small and cosy. Surrounded by a charming tropical garden, gym facilities and a small swimming-pool with sunbeds (naked sunbathing allowed), La Residence combines the comfort of home with modern contemporary style in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Your apartment is cleaned 5 times a week and on the day of your departure, the towels are changed every other day and bed-sheets once a week.
La Residence are self-catering apartments, not a resort. We do not offer bar or food services. The reception is opened from Monday to Friday (11:00-14:00) and on your arrival.
